Scheduling and Redemption
New patients require a consultation and must schedule and purchase via phone.
Services purchased during the anniversary event may be scheduled beginning April 9, 2026 or later.
All treatments are performed by Dr. Obioha-Lolagne or Niloofar Kalantari, PA-C based on availability or as listed.
Anniversary pricing applies only to new purchases made during the event and cannot be applied to appointments scheduled prior to April 9, 2026.
All treatments purchased during the event must be redeemed on or before April 9, 2027.
Treatment Eligibility
Services must be used as purchased and cannot be exchanged for other services.
If you are not an appropriate candidate for a service purchased during the event, the amount paid may be applied as in-office credit toward another treatment.
